Several dozens of protesters from Odesa on June 9 held a rally in front of the Presidential Administration in Kyiv against Odesa Mayor Hennady Trukhanov.

Protests against Trukhanov have been held in Odesa since documentary evidence for his ownership of undeclared offshore firms emerged in April, when activists set up a tent camp in front of City Hall.

The documents, which were released as part of the Panama Papers project, also revealed that Trukhanov has Russian citizenship.

Investigative journalists have also published documents on his alleged links to organized crime.
Trukhanov denies all the accusations.
