About 150 fighters of Ukraine's Azov Regiment on July 31 rallied in front of the State Fiscal Service's building in Kyiv and blocked the agency's staff from entering the premises.
The fighters claimed that the State Fiscal Service was helping to transfer control the capital’s ATEK excavator plant to firms linked to Russia and Kremlin-backed separatists.
The plant is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings. It has since last year been used as a training base by Azov, a volunteer unit set up by the Patriot of Ukraine far-right group.
