Lyubomyr Huzar, the former supreme archbishop of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, was buried in the crypt of the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ in Kyiv on June 5.

Huzar died on May 31 at the age of 84 after a long illness.

Thousands came to pay respects to Huzar during the funeral liturgy and the ceremony that took place a day before.
