About 50 people came to the Deposit Guarantee Fund office in Kyiv on the morning of June 21 to demand the return of the money they stored in Mykhailivsky Bank which went bankcrupt and closed on May 23.
The National Bank of Ukraine shut Mykhailivsky Bank and accused its management of stealing $40 million by scheming to bankrupt the bank.
Now the clients of the bank demand that the Deposit Guarantee Fund pays back their deposits.
