DONETSK, Ukraine -- Russian-backed rebels held an election in the area of the Donbas region they control on Nov. 2. Donetsk insurgent leader Aleksandr Zakharchenko is widely expected to 'win'. Parallel elections were held in neighboring rebel-held Luhansk Oblast.The Kyiv Post on was on the spot to catch the voting in action.
