Kyiv Lions Club’s Kozak Night raises $38,000 for charity

The Kyiv Lions Club's Kozak Night took place on Sept. 5 outside of Kyiv, raising an estimated net amount of $38,000 for charity on gross revenue of roughly $70,000.

The local chapter of the international service organization supports causes ranging from purchases of medical equipment for hospitals to refurbishing orphanages. The Ukrainian-themed event was emceeded by Pavlo Shylko, also known as DJ Pasha.
