Russian Kogalymavia passenger plane 7K9268 with 224 people on board crashed on the early morning of Oct. 31. The plane was flying from tourist resort Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg in Russia.

There were 138 women, 62 men and 17 children on board.

The reason of the crash wasn’t yet announced.

Egyptian investigators said the pilot was reporting technical problems with the plane during the flight. At the same time, the Islamic State group claimed responsibility for downing the plane but offered no evidence. Russian authorities refuted the claim.
