Ukrainian aircraft building company Antonov presented a new multipurpose transport plane AN-132D. The aircraft made a demonstration flight in Kyiv on March 31.
The new AN-132D can make short and medium-haul flights and transport up to 9.2 tons of cargo.
It is a joint development of Antonov and Taqnia Aeronautics Company from Saudi Arabia. The project was first presented at SITDEF exhibition in May 2015.
