The charity ball is an annual event that traditionally takes place at the columned hall of the Kyiv City Council. It is organized by Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University to gather funds for students in need of medical treatment.
This year money was gathered for Alina Mytnyk who suffers from the chronic renal failure and for Yuriy Nazarenko who has diabetes.
Hryhoriy Chapkis, a national artist of Ukraine, gave a dance performance for the event.
