People hold a torchlight procession to commemorate Stepan Bandera’s birthday

Around 500 people took part in a torchlight procession in downtown Kyiv on Jan. 1 in honor of nationalist leader Stepan Bandera.

Organized by right-wing Svoboda party, the march commemorated Bandera’s 107th birthday.
