Right Sector calls on president to clean up government

Right Sector activists marched on the Central Election Committee in Kyiv on Oct. 2. to demand that government officials suspected of corruption and committing crimes be arrested or not let to run for parliament.  

They started from the presidential administration building and marched to the Central Election Commission. Right Sector speaker Boryslav Bereza urged the president to vet corrupt officials in his administration and to ensure honest candidates from his party run in the upcoming parliamentary election. He also called on holding those responsible for the deaths during the EuroMaidan Revolution, especially during its last days when close to 100 people were killed, mostly from sniper fire.
