Samopomich protests against alleged voting fraud in Kryvy Rih mayoral run-off

About 150 Samopomich party members on Nov. 18 protested against alleged voting fraud in the city of Kryvy Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

According to the official results, incumbent
Mayor Yury Vilkul, an ex-ally of disgraced former President Viktor Yanukovych,
won with 49.25 percent of the vote in the Nov. 15 mayoral run-off election in Kryvy
Rih, while Yury Miloboh from Samopomich got 48.83 percent.

Samopomich and EuroMaidan activists in
Kryvy Rih argue that the vote was rigged and call for a recount.
