Heavy snowfall hit the Ukrainian capital on Jan. 25, clogging up roads and forcing city workers to temporarily suspend their efforts to clear the city streets of snow.
Despite near-constant cleaning, many yards, especially in residential areas of the city, are still covered by snowdrifts.
