The seventh annual Wizz Air Kyiv City Marathon took place in Ukraine’s capital on Oct. 9.
The event included 42.195 km, 21.0975 km, 10 km, 5 km and 2 (a charity race) kilometer races for adults, and 100 meter, 500 meter, 1,000 meter races for children, as well as relay races.
The winner of the men’s marathon was Oleh Leschyshyn, (born in 1984), with a time of 2 hours, 31 minutes and 10.1 seconds.
The winner of the women’s marathon was Yulia Bairamova, (born in 1986) with a time of 3 hours, 1 minute and 4.6 seconds.
