Atlantic Council: Ukraine’s banking reforms (VIDEO)

The Atlantic Council and the Centre for International Governance Innovation host a conversation with Ms. Valeria O. Gontareva, governor of the National Bank of Ukraine and a distinguished panel of leading experts to discuss Ukraine’s ongoing banking reforms. Ms. Valeria O. Gontareva has been the leading figure behind reforms in the Ukrainian banking sector. Since taking her post four months after the Maidan protests, Gontareva has closed 87 ailing banks and nationalized the country’s biggest lender, PrivatBank.
