Parliament leases St. Andrew’s church to Ecumenical Patriarchate (VIDEO)

The Ukrainian parliament on Oct. 18 voted to lease St. Andrew’s church, a major Baroque-style church in the heart of Kyiv, to the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople for free. The move comes as Ukraine fights to set up its own independent church.
