UA.TV: International Tribunal obliges Russia to release Ukrainian sailors (VIDEO)

The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea has made a decision obliging Russia to release the 24 Ukrainian sailors and 3 vessels, captured in the Black Sea in November last year, and allow them to return to Ukraine. The Kremlin has rejected a UN tribunal’s call, and said it would continue to defend its position over the naval clash.
