Another ceasefire along the front line in Donbas came into force on midnight tonight, Kyiv time. During the recent Trilateral Contact group meeting in Minsk, representatives from the Ukrainian government and Russian-led forces agreed to the truce; but it remains to be seen just how effective it will be.
