Ukraine is in an epicenter of a cyclone. A state of emergency is announced in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions. Snowdrifts on the roads reach 1,5 meters. More than 2,400 hundred road workers are clearing highways with about 1,700 units of equipment involved. The authorities ask drivers to temporarily avoid travels to Odesa.
