Ukrainian News learned this from a statement by the press service of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko and Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt discussed the course of the preparations for the working visit during their meeting in Brussels.
According to the statement, Kostiantyn Hryschenko and Carl Bildt discussed vital issues of the Ukrainian-Swedish relations in politics, trade and economy, cultural and humanitarian sector. They also discussed the questions of Ukraine’s further integration with Europe.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt said in early January 2010 that Ukraine’s integration with Europe will facilitate consolidation of the European Union.
