The Kremlin says that President of Russia Vladimir Putin during July 24’s Normandy Four phone negotiations outlined “the Russian approach” to all key provisions of Minsk agreement.
“The leaders substantively exchanged opinions on the situation in South-East of Ukraine, taking into account serious flaws in the implementation of the Minsk agreements adopted February 12, 2015. Vladimir Putin stated the “Russian approach” to all key provisions of Minsk agreement in detail,” the Russian President press service informs.
