The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to arrest four gas turbine units that were brought to Crimea due to the lawsuit of the German Siemens concern, RIA Novosti reported citing a file of arbitration cases.
“The Moscow Arbitration Court accepted the lawsuit filed by Siemens against Rostekh’s structures on the supply of turbines for power plants in Crimea, while the court dismissed Siemens’ application about the arrest of turbines and the ban on their installation,” the report said.
