The indictment on the case of the involvement of Denys Voronenkov, the former MP of the State Duma killed in Kyiv in the hostile takeover of the building in the downtown of Moscow was passed to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia for the approval as Kommersant reported.

It is reported that son of the ex-MP Mykola Voronenkov and lawyer Andry Hryvtsov have familiarized will all 80 volumes of the case by which Denys Voronenkov is accused of the hostile takeover of the building in the downtown of Moscow at Mezhdunarodnaia Street. The prosecution states that Denys Voronenkov, “Toma” Director General Marina Vladimirskaia, retired Internal Security Division Colonel Viacheslav Polozkov, FSB officers Andrey Murzikov and Sergey Shyshakov, entrepreneur Vitaly Kachur and advocate Vitaly Chaban seized 1, 500 square meters of the real estate in 2011. The prosecution states that Voronenkov offered to Kachur to buy a premise estimated at $5 million for $2 million.
