Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry plans to sue Russia for violation of International Convention for the Suppression on Financing of Terrorism. Olena Zerkal, Ukraine’s deputy foreign minister posted this on Facebook.
The Ukrainian authority said this in the view of the latest conclusions made by the Joint Investigation Group from the Netherlands, which looks into the MH17 tragedy.
