After a ban Ukraine imposed on Russian state-funded media, their journalists stopped being able to shoot events on the ground. However, Russian TV found a workaround in order to continue spreading disinformation about Ukraine: contractors and stringers supply footage which is either staged, or manipulated later on to produce the needed effect.
