Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is planning to visit Vladivostok to attend the Eastern Economic Forum in September of 2018, Japanese ambassador to Russia Toyohisa Kozuki said.
“A visit by Prime Minister Abe to the Eastern Economic Forum is planned in September,” Kozuki said at an event held on the occasion of the Self-Defense Forces Day.
“The Japanese-Russian relations are supported by the relations between [Russian] President [Vladimir] Putin and [Japanese] Prime Minister Shinzo Abe,” Kozuki said.
