MUNICH – Moscow is disappointed with statements of U.S. Vice President Michael Pence on Russia’s responsibility for the implementation of the Minsk Agreements on Ukraine, Konstantin Kosachyov, chairperson of the Federation Council’s international affairs committee, said.

“The stance repeated in a statement just made by Michael Pence in accordance to which Russia continues to bear sole responsibility for the implementation of the Minsk Agreements is disappointing,” Kosachyov told reporters on Saturday in Munich.
