MINSK – Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has described his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin that took place in Sochi on Sept. 21 as hard.

“The talks were mostly conducted one-on-one with the [Russian] president. They lasted for six hours or even longer. To be frank, those talks were more than difficult, they were hard. Yet productive,” Lukashenko said at a conference in Minsk on Sept. 22.
