Anti-Corruption Committee head Alexei Navalny revealed that the Innopraktikafoundation received no less than 877 million rubles (approximately $12 million) in funding in 2015-2016. Innopraktika is directed Ekaterina Tikhonova, who is, according to media reports, the youngest daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
