A Ukrainian man living in Moscow has lost his driver’s license after modifying his car to pledge allegiance to the self-declared Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

The former DPR resident used a sticker to replace the Ukrainian flag on his car’s number plate with a flag belonging to the Russian-backed breakaway republic, the Gazeta.ru news site reported.
