There are no survivors in the Antonov An-148 crash in the Moscow region, and the operation’s status has changed from rescue to search, Russian Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Puchkov told reporters on the crash scene.

“The rescue effort is over. All the 71 people onboard are dead. My sincere condolences to their families and friends,” Puchkov said.

The plane of Saratov Airlines bound to Orsk crashed in the Ramenskoye district of the Moscow region after taking off from Domodedovo Airport on February 11 afternoon. There were 71 people onboard, mostly residents of the Orenburg region.
