MOSCOW – The precise date of the phone conversation between the ‘Normandy format’ leaders has not been determined yet, Russian presidential press officer Dmitry Peskov said.
Responding to a request from journalists to confirm July 24 as the date of the new phone conversation between the ‘Normandy format leaders,” Peskov said “Not yet.”
“Negotiations between aides and via diplomatic channels are underway,” he said.
