Nearly half of Americans believe that the Russian government will help Republicans if it tries to influence Tuesday’s midterm elections, and 4 in 10 Americans would be “much more likely” to vote if they learned that a foreign government was interfering in the election, according to a new POLITICO/Morning Consult poll.
