The presidents of Russia and Turkey, Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, may meet in the first half of this year; the need for their meeting will be determined by ministers, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.

“The meeting is possible next year. In the first half,” Peskov told the press.

“Ministers will speak first, and it will be clear later if the summit is necessary,” he said.
