Reuters: Kremlin aide rules out Russian energy sector privatizations

Western business has been frightened more than Russia's by the sanctions and retaliatory measures, says Russian Presidential Aide Andrei Belousov.

Further privatizations of Russian oil and gas companies were ruled out by an aide to President Vladimir Putin on June 1.

“I believe the question of further privatizations of oil companies, including Gazprom and Rosneft, is not on the agenda,” Andrei Belousov, Putin’s economic adviser, said.
