MOSCOW – Russia is ready to provide the international commission on the inquiry into the Boeing crash in Donbas with its own experts in decryption of data from radar stations, Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) has said.

“Despite the fact that Russia continues to be perplexed over the fact that it took the Netherlands three months to identify the so-called technical trouble, the Russian side is ready to provide the assistance of expert developers possessing knowledge of the decryption system of data from radar stations to international investigators at any time,” Rosaviatsiya said in a statement on its website.
