MOSCOW – Siemens Concern Aktiengesellschaft has filed a lawsuit against Technopromexport (TPE) accusing the company of illegally moving its gas turbines into Crimea.
The lawsuit was submitted in Moscow’s Arbitration Court on July 11, according to the court case file. The respondents named in the lawsuit include Russian state firm Technopromexport and LLC Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies.
The date of the preliminary review of the case has not yet been set.
