Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk commented the accusations he had after the fight in Moscow. He claimed this on the air of Vechernyi Praim program on 112 Ukraine.
‘I am not paying attention to what people say at all. Because I do what I do. I am promoting my country, my family, and my relatives. This is the way I live and make money. I don’t get why people don’t like what I am doing. You mind your own business, I mean those who say whether to give me the title of hero or not. I don’t need this. I mean it, I don’t think I have done something heroic but if we just look at it, what people are given the titles for… Some people don’t need these victories. Then what do you need? We need this, we live it, we do it, we motivate a lot of adults and children,’ he said.
