UEFA has charged Dynamo Kyiv and Besiktas with disciplinary offenses after fan violence marred a Champions League game between the teams.
Tuesday’s game in Kyiv, which Dynamo won 6-0, saw clashes involving hundreds of fans in the Ukrainian capital before the game, leaving 10 injured. There was further trouble at the stadium.
