President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has congratulated Ukrainian shooters Olena Kostevych and Oleh Omelchuk, who won bronze medals at the Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo in shooting from a pneumatic pistol from 10 meters.

“Another medal from Ukrainian athletes at the Olympics! Olena Kostevych and Oleh Omelchuk took third place in air pistol shooting! Greetings to the bronze medalists, I wish you inspiration and new victories!” Zelensky wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.

As reported, this is the third bronze medal in the bag of the Ukrainian team. Earlier prizes in their disciplines were taken by epee fencer Ihor Reizlin and judoka Daria Bilodid.

The Olympic Games in Tokyo are held from July 23 to Aug. 8.
