Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko has noted that on Sept. 21, the court ruling on the special confiscation of $200 million from the entourage of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will take effect.
“On Sept. 21 the legally proven fact will be that the court ruling on the special confiscation of $200 million of funds of the organized criminal group of Yanukovych, which is approximately Hr 5 billion, will come into force,” Lutsenko said at a briefing in Zaporizhia.
