Russia’s hybrid military forces have violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas four times on Feb. 28, in particular using 120 mm mortars, which are prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said on Facebook.

In the area of responsibility of the Skhid (East) task force, the Russia-backed separatists mounted two attacks on Ukraine’s positions: one near Vodiane using hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms, one near Pyschevyk using grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns and small arms.

The separatists also mounted two attacks in the area of responsibility of the Pivnich (North) task force: one near Novotoshkivske using heavy machine guns and sniper rifles, one near Orikhove using 120mm mortars.

One Ukrainian soldier was wounded in action as a result of the attacks.
