You're reading: 112.ua: 36 cyber criminals headed by the Ukrainian indicted in the US

The U.S. law enforcement bodies disclosed an international group of 36 hackers who obtained personal data of people and stole 530 million dollars from their accounts, the Department of Justice of the United States reported.

The group of hackers operated under a slogan “In Fraud we trust”. It was founded by Svyatoslav Bondarenko, a 34-year-old Ukrainian, in 2010. The perpetrators created an international cyber network engaged in the large-scale acquisition, sale, and dissemination of stolen identities, compromised debit and credit cards, personally identifiable information, financial and banking information, computer malware, and other contraband.
