Shevchenkivsky district court in Kyiv arrested Boris Herman, the suspect in the organization of the attempt on the life of Arkady Babchenko, the Russian opposition reporter who lives in Kyiv. The jury ruled that Herman remains in custody for two months without the right for a bail.

Herman insists he never ordered or prepared the murder; according to him, he was involved in the secret operation of Ukraine’s special services, which was supposed to reveal the supply channels of Russian saboteurs and influence agents in Ukraine.
