Today president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko visited Pokrivsk, Donetsk Oblast. There he took part in the opening of a reconstructed comprehensive school. The young schoolchildren greeted the president in national embroidered shirts vyshyvankas, read out the poem “Live, Ukraine, live for beauty”, and performed the national anthem. The president said it was one of the best performances he has ever heard in all his life.
