Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers submitted the bill #6521 to Verkhovna Rada, suggesting legalization of secret detention facilities of Security Service of Ukraine (SSU). The according information was made public on parliament’s website.
According to explanatory note, this is about legalization of actually existing remand prisons of SSU.
