Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova said that her agreement with Russian colleague Tatiana Moskalkova regarding their synchronized visit to Oleg Sentsov and Kyrylo Vyshynsky was broken.
Denisova wrote on Facebook that, since yesterday, there was a plan of the visit to Vyshynsky and other prisoners by Moskalkova. Denisova had to visit Sentsov. The plan was not implemented.
