The European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) consolidated lawsuits on the interstate appeals of Ukraine concerning Russia’s violation of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and two large-scale proceedings on Crimea and Donbas, as Ivan Leschyna, Deputy Justice Minister and Commissioner for ECHR, reported on Facebook.
According to him, instead of five cases of Ukraine against Russia, there are only three left – the appeal on children evacuation from Donbas in Russia remains as a separate proceeding.
