The Cabinet of Ministers ordered not to return the first driving license to the driver if he/she violated the rules and was deprived of the right to drive vehicles. The relevant order of the Cabinet of Ministers was made public on the government’s website.
“The document provides that individuals who received a driving license for the first time and were banned from driving a vehicle do not get the license back,” the message says.
