Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary informed the Ukrainian Embassy about the rally on Oct. 13 under the slogan “Self-determination for Zakarpattia”. Ukraine sent a note of protest, as Head of Ukraine’s MFA Pavlo Klimkin wrote on Twitter.
